Emerge 360 Consulting Group is a boutique, multi-dimensional consulting firm that specializes in nonprofit change management, fund development, programming, collaborative strategies, strategic planning and brand management. Jenny Krueger, principal owner, received her degrees in music performance and music education from the University of Denver, New Mexico State University, and Mannes College of Music in New York. She has over 30 years of experience as a professional symphony musician and has twenty years of teaching experience, Jenny first developed and introduced music education curriculum for elementary, middle, and high schools in New Mexico and Virginia.

Krueger joined the Acadiana Symphony & Conservatory of Music as executive director in 1996 and led its financial turnaround. Krueger developed a rolling strategic plan with the company’s board and staff, targeting education, fund development and branding as key areas for rebuilding. Recognizing the educational impact the Conservatory brings to a community, she developed and implementation pilot programs in music education that targeted early childhood illiteracy. The success of Krueger’s innovative arts-integrated curricula titled Do-Re-ME! (created for the underprivileged) garnered acclaim statewide among leaders in public education and received the INNOV8 Award in 2015.
